Issuers and Providers Whose Financial Investments Are Subject to Brokerage or Advisory Services
Brokerage and advisory services are offered with regard to financial investments from the entire breadth of the market available in Germany, insofar as this is permissible within the scope of the official authorisation as a financial investment broker/advisor pursuant to § 34f GewO.
Nature and Source of Remuneration
In connection with investment advice or brokerage, remuneration may be paid by the investor, by third parties (product providers), or a combination thereof. This depends on the wishes and needs of the investor and on the financial products that are brokered. To the extent that components of the remuneration are paid by the investor, this shall be done in accordance with a separately concluded remuneration agreement.
